Package Includes :
- 3 Nights Hotel Accommodations at the Delta Chelsea Hotel, located in
the heart of downtown Toronto, this is the entertainment hotel in the
city. There is also a 130-foot twisted waterslide for kids/families on
the 2nd floor and as well an adult pool on the 27th floor. This would be
the perfect hotel for this group.
- Ticket to The Lord of the Rings theatrical performance (evening for
teens/adults and matinee for families with younger children)
- Meet the director, producer Kevin Wallace and actors from the
production including a Q&A session (private event for LOTR Fan Trips)
- Meet the Hobbit Session :
- Act 1 - A behind-the-scenes workshop with actors from the Lord of the
Rings. Share their real life experiences on and off stage, up-close and
personal in an intimate, fun-filled session, which includes a question
and answer period and even time for pictures and autographs.
- Act 2 - An extraordinary opportunity of interaction with one of the
show's actors; participate in an innovative exploration of music, dance
and improvisation as your group explores a scene or segment from the
Lord of the Rings.
- Professional Trip Director

- 3 Breakfasts, in the hotel or similar
- 1 Intensive Workshop (Saturday morning) taking place at the Princess
of Wales Theatre where the LOTR performs, i.e. Costuming or Make Up etc.
- Gala LOTR Costume Party (Sunday night) at a circa 1885 building, very
gothic in architecture, with great decor, and a "Bilbo Baggins Buffet"
- all taxes, meal gratuities and baggage handling

Options :
Vintage Theatre Night -
This would take place at the Annex Theatre, part of the Bathurst Street
Theatre, again very gothic in architecture, actually an old church
building. We would have a private viewing in the Annex Theatre with
large screen, decor, popcorn and drinks.
Breakout Workshops (Saturday and Sunday mornings)
These would be workshops in addition to the one intensive listed above.
These could be on stagecraft, theatrical make-up, Elvish, etc. Minimum
25 persons. |
